SENATOR FRANCIS JOSEPH “CHIZ” ESCUDERO AS THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER HELD AT THE NUEVA ECIJA CONVENTION CENTER , PALAYAN CITY.

On November 5, 2011 at about 1:00 PM at Brgy. Sto. Niño 2nd, San Jose City, Warrant Officers of San Jose City PS led by SPO4 Camilo Alsasua Jr arrested one Jeffrey David y Dumlao, 14 years old, single, a resident of Brgy. F.E Marcos, San Jose City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated February 11, 2010 issued by Honorable Judge Florentino R Dumlao, Jr. of Regional Trial Court Branch 42, Dagupan City for the crime of Robbery under Criminal Case No. 2010-0062-D with recommended bail bond fixed at One Hundred Thousand pesos (100,000.00). Said accused is now under the custody of San Jose City PS for proper disposition.

On November 6, 2011 at about 1: 00 PM at Rizal St. Barangay Sto Cristo, San Isidro, elements of San Isidro PS composed of SPO2 Reynaldo P Mesina Chief Intel, SPOI Arnel F Mallare Warrant PNCO, SPO1 Adolfo V de Castro, PO2 Michael P Santiago, and PO2 Gary S Bagan, arrested one (1) Ramon Almocera y Asia, 30 years old, laborer, 5’2 in height, small built, a resident of Rizal St. Barangay Sto Cristo, San Isidro by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated July 28, 2004 issued by Hon. Arthuro M Bernardo, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 36, Gapan City for the crime of Rape in Relation to R.A. 7610, docketed under Cc Nr. 11605 with no bail recommended.
